A lawyer with extensive academic and professional experience in Public Law and Strategic Litigation (in civil and public law disputes).
Fernando Lobo holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), a master’s degree in State Law from the University of São Paulo Law School (USP), and an LL.M. in Government Procurement Law from George Washington University (GWU). During his studies abroad, he was part of the Field Placement Program at The World Bank’s Office of Suspension and Debarment, in Washington, DC.

With more than 13 years of experience at Pinheiro Neto Advogados, a prominent firm in Brazil, he has accumulated experience in complex projects and highly relevant advisory and litigation cases. He was also a member of committees of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP), such as the Special Commission on Infrastructure, Logistics and Sustainable Development, and the Special Commission for Studies on the Fight against Corruption and Administrative Improbity.
