This manual offers readers, in a quick, direct and clear way, the foundations, concepts and a legislative and jurisprudential overview of Administrative Law. By exposing the main chapters of the subject, its core concepts and reference laws, this manual, divided into 4 volumes, points out controversial issues of each theme accompanied by doctrinal and jurisprudential positions, providing a complete and systematized learning.
